Here you can read about what applies here with us when you need to cancel, change or possibly be absent from your booked time. When you have booked an appointment with us, we will send a confirmation SMS and email regarding your booked time.

If you want to change your booked appointment, you need to call customer service by phone number:

Our goal is always to help all our patients/customers with well-functioning solutions.
It is based on good collaboration between you as a patient/customer and us who work here at Legehuset. What we need is that we get a reasonable chance to help you during our working hours.

Let us know at least 24 hours before your booked appointment. Then we have time to offer another patient/customer your appointment instead.

If you let us know less than 24 hours before the booked appointment, we will charge you 50% of the treatment.
